ACT Housing to access SPM Property

Since June 2007 SPM Property has been successfully used by Spotless Services Australia to support its asset management planning operations as part of its Public Private Partnership contract with Housing and Community Services ACT (HACT).

In an extension to the Spotless SPM Property licence, HACT users will now have access to the application to view component condition information across their entire stock of 11,300 properties; undertake lifecycle analysis; run scenarios and generate a range of reports.

Commenting on the licence extension, Roger Jameson, SPM General Manager - Sales and Marketing said, "Having access to the SPM Property application will provide HACT with enormous value. As SPM Property is a web-based application, it can be used anywhere at anytime, enabling Spotless and HACT to share information effectively on the asset portfolio. More importantly, HACT can generate their own life-cycle analysis models for internal reporting purposes based on the data that Spotless has been collecting on its behalf. We look forward to working with HACT staff and to assisting them when required on the concepts in asset management planning".
