SPM is pleased to announce their Channel Partners.

|
As a result of both companies working on a number of projects over the past year in both South Australia and Western Australia, Tonkin Consulting has now become a formal Channel Partner. Tonkin's local clients are now benefiting from having direct access to SPM's tools and processes with local support. Tonkin has experienced the increasing demand for building/property asset management planning within their regions, and as such, needed a proven approach and system that could undertake assessments, analysis and reporting. As part of the service offering to local clients, SPM is also building an interface with the Conquest asset management system. |

IGNITE Building Consultancy (IBC) is a professional property and construction consultancy with over 20 years experience. IBC have offices in Auckland and Christchurch providing a complete range of property-related services to organisations and in dividuals throughout New Zealand. They specialise in property inspection, reporting, defects analysis, construction projects and property asset management advice. SPM and IBC are leaders in their respective fields and have a proven track record in their fields of operation to support this. The partnership is very firmly focused on improving asset value for clients.
The channel partner agreement recognises the strong linkages and services provided by the two organisations. SPM provides the software systems and strategic asset planning capabilities and IBC provides specific expertise and knowledge of building maintenance technologies, life cycle modelling and building management. The agreement now provides clients with access to a comprehensive range of specialist systems, advice and a team of professionals who are available throughout New Zealand and can be mobilised at short notice.
The agreement also recognises a strong working history between the two organisations. SPM is providing IBC with support and advice in response to work arising from the Christchurch earthquake and IBC is providing a team of three building surveyors, to support SPM with the delivery of over 500 asset surveys, for Whakatane District Council over a five week period.
The partnership provides government, commercial and body corporate organisations with the ability to obtain asset management advice in a fashion which, until now, has not been available - combining high value asset management software solutions with the best professional practical building advice.
